Find your passion , explore it !



Everyone has passion in something ,find your own and try to take it to the next level or just do it, because its truly away to take all the stress and too much thinking off and relaxes you for some time. you could be good in handcrafts, art (painting) ,  music, or cooking. 

lets take cooking as an example of relaxation way and a trick to be stress free , because personally it's one of those things i love to do to help in fix my mood in bad days.


you can be creative in your kitchen, don't be afraid to play with food and ingredients  ,  just don't burn the house.


as for me I love exploring new flavors especially spices , that's why whenever i feel low or got too much in my mind, i would go to the supermarket and do some shopping for food recopies or just search and explore for ingredients and spices. i come of up with new ways in making meals and dishes, i truly find it  relaxing to cook, because cooking to me is the one of few things i do without roles. it just takes me to another world and simply i see it as an art. so find your own thing you do the best , and it doesn't have to be cooking.

Fun Food day


 Eating healthy has a lot to do with the mental health and calmness which eventually helps you to reduce stress, but you can always treat yourself with a good fun meal , once in a week or two wouldn't hurt you. you can invite your friends over your place, go out , try some new food and special dishes like  Chinese or Thai. trust me it will break the routine and brings up the fun feeling of exploring new tastes and flavors. 


if you are not the type who likes to try new food then having the meal you love the most once in a while will just do fine. 


Remember to keep balanced and on track so don't over do it often .. once a week is just enough.

breathing is relieving

Breathing technique

Breathing is the most simple, efficient and restorative activity that is available to us. It is considered one of the most simplest of ways to comfort a person and to relieve stress. There are many breathing way which can help a person which are as follows;

  • Go to an open place Like garden or where there is plantation and breathe deeply and slowly.

  • Breathe in while inhaling from you nose and exhaling from your mouth.

  • Do Belly breathing put your hands on top of the belly while inhaling and slowly move your hand down while exhaling.

  • Inhale deeply and slowly and count till five and do the same while exhaling. This can easily make you feel that you’re exhaling all your stress out and relaxing. ‘’As you do you will feel a natural pause between you inhale and exhale, then between your exhale and next inhale, making your body to relax’’.(Anna Guest Jelly)

Eating healthy

    

Eating well and healthy maintains the balance inside your body and helps to keep all the blood sugar levels and other fluid concentrations in the balance allowing you to remain healthy and stress free. If the person really wants the healthy and peaceful life he should really focus on the balanced diet. This can be done if you follow these steps:

  • Avoiding excessive use of sugar and too much sweet in the daily diet, too much of refined sugar which is present in sweets,cakes and carbonated drinks should be avoided. The food which has too much carbohydrates.

  • like breads, rice and pastas should be avoided as carbohydrates s convert to sugar in the blood which causes severe change in blood sugar levels, which upsets your bodies metabolism eventually resulting in stress.

  • Do not consume excess of caffeine in your daily diet as too much of caffeine can also result in stress and irritating feeling, it also increases the blood pressure.

  • Drink loads of water during the day. It is really good to consume water throughout the day because it brings fresh energy in the body and relaxes the mind as well, drinking water also pauses you from work making you to relax.

  • Eating fresh fruits and veggies makes your bodies to refresh and energies.



  • Eating low calorie protein is also very good for the body and it builds up the muscles and makes person relax muscularly.



  • Taking Multivitamins also relieves stress as some of the vitamins are used to relax the person’s body, vitamin b and vitamin D are some good examples

Vacation is a Must!






This video was taken by me in my last vacation to Georgia , it was an amazing vacation and unforgettable one , view of the black sea and a walk into the the woods with my family with the  the birds whistles  and gentle  wind. i defiantly needed that because i went through some really difficult and stressing time. 


when it comes to vacations and traveling around the world , its defiantly one of my favorite hobbies, but of course i can't do it regularly because of how life and things keeping us busy. but still whenever i get the chance to do the one thing i love the most , I take it and pack my bag to leave!

in my opinion traveling to new places and exploring feeds the imagination and develop the creative thinking.

nature always brings peace of mind and relaxation, it stress free's  you. 
fresh air and a walk into the green with good view and great company is all you need , it's simply perfection. 



everyone needs a vacation, you need to take a break to breathe and award yourself. plan a trip with your family or friends, give your mind a break from all the thoughts and concerns, trust me you will feel light and happy.



take a back bag and a camera and roam around, explore, expand your imagination and release the negative energy from your soul.

make your own spa

How can you get the feeling of  spa relaxation at home?


Not everyone got the time or money to go to the spa and have some good relaxation time. 
of course I am one of those, that's why I created my own spa and my own relaxation zone. a well spent time alone doing nothing, and guess what?! you can also do that because its not that difficult thing to do!

all you need is the right materials and place to do that. 
what I like to do first is to make sure I got some space " room"  and quite surrounding to just set up the mood for it.  


all you need is some fragrant candles,  comfortable pillows, hot tea or chocolate and some good classic music. well that's all I need but of course you can add or do different other things like you can have one day spoiling yourself with care, maybe try different facial masks, or fragrant lotions ! anything that you can see as a vacation or treat to your body and skin

for skin treatment,  try some natural masks of organic and natural ingredients from around the house! let your kitchen be your experiment lab. 

mix stuff, it one of my favorite things to do when am at home and feel like having fun!
you will feel like you went to some  5 stars hotel or spa. don't be afraid to have fun!

I deserve something nice!


I work hard... I had a bad week... some awful incidents happened.. its been a hectic month!you keep on thinking like that , and its just very tiring and mood ruining.we go through these days where we feel down and just off the mood for even no reason. well, in such times I like to do one thing to just help me release the bad energy and light up my mood ..getting myself something colorful, fresh, or fun and cute is just good way in dealing with such situation
 of course i am a girl so the one thing i love more than anything else is flowers! but for men, you can give yourself a treat, get yourself something you like or need, a watch , or a perfume , just a simple thing could bright up your mood and or even make your day. we all need to treat ourselves with something nice every once in a while.

trust me , it just gives you a good feeling and makes you happy for a while. after all .. you can't expect from someone to give you a treat of appreciation to the hard work you have done or the hectic week you have through or for the great marks you got other deal you finished at work. always remember to love yourself ! it's the key to happiness and inner peace.

the Perfect weekend


You probably had a hectic week
its weekend and you're wondering what to do or where to go too and with whom!?
of course weekend is the time we spend with our families and its the perfect time to relax and rest. 

as for the perfect places to spend some quality time with family,

 I advice :



1- going to the park , its the perfect place to go too with your family in morning or afternoon time. you can also take breakfast or lunch with you , it would make the picnic more fun; it will also make you catch up what you missed from family news during the busy working week , by having really deep and good conversations with family members in open air and lovely weather. 
you can also create that father son/daughter relationship by playing around with them or teaching them some new games. 
 

2- have a walk around the city. remember, walking is really good for your blood circulation.  breathe some fresh air and walk around with your family , you can check around for new shops or new restaurants.  you can even make your family happy by inviting them for some delicious ice cream!

3- go on trips , plan for it by choosing a nice place with great landscapes , suitable and perfect  for  family activities . a place where your family can walk and play around freely . Do BBQ in open air and maybe camping, why not!
these are just some ideas which I think really don't cost much , but makes you relax and  have a lot of fun with the whole family.


so forget about everything else and just enjoy your weekend!

Studying stress.

it's about time for any student to face this HELL! 
its exams and projects week  ,  too much stress. can not think of anything else or do anything but exams exams exams ! 

and if that isn't enough , then comes  assignments and projects.
what can a poor stressed student like me do about it, how can he/she have a good break and quality time off all this studying mess , how can we take that panic , tension and ,fear of exams out and off our minds and most importantly , how can we study better?!

here's some tips I definitely apply to run away from all this stress and help me do better in my exams:


_ Find yourself a quiet place to study, not just quiet because you might get really bored and annoyed from that place , so try to find a place where you feel comfortable being in doing nothing. like for example; ask yourself where do I like to go to just think or sit alone for hours? ; could be by the beach or in a park or even in your house backyard. it doesn't matter where , as long as you're studying in a place  you love to be in ; that will help you in studying with focus , and you won't get bored easily doing it.


_take some snacks with you or something to drink like coffee , it makes studying more fun.  chocolate is a good option to improve your brain activity and sense of receiving information , but make sure you don't have too much of that.



_have a lot of water,  I always do that when I am stressed, it kind of refresh you from the inside and make you calm.
_ give yourself a break to just breathe after at least one hour of studying. after all we don't have a brain of a robot.  don't overload your brain with too much information. let it breathe! you can have a walk for 5 minutes , that would be good.


_ To be stress-free from exams , make sure you start way before your exam date. the tension will be definitely less and you will feel better about yourself and the subject in hand because you won't have that fight with your brain and panic (I don't have much time to study )!!.


_ don't study after pm. make night time the time you dedicate for yourself only. you don't have to sleep so early  but it would be nice to lay on the sofa after studying and watch a good movie or have a nice talk with family. in that way , you will feel less stressed and  worried about the exams .

hot drinks


                                                   

its one of my favorite hot drinks (hot chocolate with marshmallow tops " melted  cloud on a brownish sky" !!

okay.. let's get to the point!

Do you know how good it is for your brain and body to have hot drinks?!
- Well, its the perfect thing to have after a long busy day. having something hot like coffee , tea or chocolate will definitely get you all together and give you that feeling of lightness and liveliness.
- It also gives you that feeling of coolness and warmth at the same time!, helping you to think slowly , Wisely and with ease.
- its funny how our bodies and brains react sometimes ! when you just finished your work, studies or whatever ; feeling too tired and the moment you jump on bed thinking you would just drown in dreams world; you actually find yourself staring at the roof or changing bed sides.
everyone has been through that, and I actually used to have those sleepless nights even though am so tired and needing some good sleep. anyhow! I decided to make my evenings/ nights as my time to try some different flavored tea!!!  

having hot drinks especially tea at night time before going to sleep is really good for your body , it kind of gives your brain and body  that message to just switch off and sleep like a little baby.
I've tried it and it definitely works with me every time. 

we all deserve good night sleep after a long busy day don't we?! so the best hot drink in my opinion is tea , its light , healthy , fast and easy to make especially chamomile tea.
_and one more thing, having hot drinks brings peace of mind. in that way you will do yourself and people around you a favor, it makes you see things around you in a more calm and understanding way. well I am saying that because I'm such a short tempered person , my friends knows that and I guess that's why they get me some hot drink before telling something really bad!.
make sure you have something hot to drink , if you could daily and if not then 3 to 5  times a week will do. you will definitely notice the difference.
